SIDES AND SNACKS:
Having the right healthy snacks to hand is essential to consistent healthy eating. Your willpower will be tested to the limit when your hungry and pop in a convenience shops, snack, vending machines and cafés that you pass. Having nutritious snacks at hand will stop you from succumbing to processed unhealthy snacks in your need of hunger. You cannot control what some manufactures actually put into typically ‘packaged processed snacks’. They contain lots of cheap unhealthy, chemical-laden, sugar-sweeteners, trans fats and lots of salt to name a few.
What I try and do is remodel sugary, salty processed snacks into wholesome natural healthy snacks without the ‘junk’. However I do really encourage you to keeping snacking as an occasional thing as this constant snack habit can leave a large dent in your daily food intake.
